About the Author :
Dr. N. Anjneya Murthy, M.D.(Ayur), is an Assistant Professor of Kaya Chikitsa (General Medicine), teaching post-graduate classes at the Government College of Indian Medicine, Mysore. Before taking up teaching, he was a senior consulting physician in the Department of Ayurvedic Medicine at the prestigious Moolchand Hospital in New Delhi.
D.P. Pandey was a researcher and co-author of several popular self-help books on health-related subjects for the layman.
