The book provides several formulas for simple, cheap, harmless, and effective remedies in the field of homeopathy and the biochemical system of medicine. The diseases and their cure include Cholera, Smallpox, Malaria, T.B., Plague, Trachoma, Piles, Tonsillitis, Appendicitis, Dystocia, Eczema, and many more.
The editor has referred to formulas that have been researched and concluded over 100 years. Lakhs of patients have been treated and have benefitted from this treatment. Before proceeding further, the editor would like to address the readers, how these medicines were discovered. This would help them to grasp the basic principles of the system.

Retired as AWM/AIO from Northern Railway on 31.12.1991. While during my service for around 34 years. I found the medical services provided by the Indian Railway of the highest order and are easily accessible. I served the railways in various senior positions including as an independent supervisory postings. During my tenure of service, I have been well disciplined and expected the same standard of discipline from the other members of the staff. The wayward among them were compelled to remain disciplined. At the end of the day, I felt honoured with immense pride in serving the nation through Railways which gave me the opportunity to rise from an apprentice to AME. After retiring from the railways during a sudden medical examination I was found to be Diabetic so I went to refer a railway doctor who advised me to reduce my weight and prescribed no medicines. As fate would have it, the bio-chemic book written by Shri B.S. Darbari came in handy. With the help of medicines prescribed by the author, I cured my Diabetes myself within 3 months. Then onwards this book has become a part and parcel of my daily life. During the intervening period, I cured the big and small ailments of my near and dear ones. I cured my Pleurisy with this in 8 days.

By the Grace of the Almighty and the author's keen interest and dedication to medical research for 55 years, purely as a hobby this book provides several formulae for simple. cheap, harmless, and effective remedies in the fields of homeopathy and the biochemic system of medicine. His sheer passion for the subject has led him to ease and cure diseases including cholera, smallpox, malaria, T.B., plague, trachoma, piles, tonsillitis, appendicitis, difficult childbirth, eczema, etc. all, at a nominal cost. His only purpose was to educate the masses and help the poor treat themselves without spending too much money. His success rate was unbelievable!
These remedies have been previously published in the form of free pamphlets namely Homeopathy Made Easy, Diagnosis of Diseases and Cancer and Enlarged Prostate Gland are Curable, which have now been included in this book. These pamphlets went on to become so popular that people from all over the world, (especially Australia, New Zealand USA, England, Africa, Burma, Pakistan, Ceylon and all parts of India) began demanding them. The author has received more than 1,500 letters from people talking highly about the efficacy of the treatment. A number of respectable members of the community have also written to the author, giving positive feedback.
At the author's request, Mahatma Gandhi was pleased to receive the cholera formula taken by his Secretary, the Hon'ble Dr. Shushila Nayyar a well-known allopathic physician (who later became Health Minister of India) and she sent good reports about its efficacy, which the author has got with him.
