Subhash Chandra Bose
Description
About The Book

While India's Freedom Movement under Mahatma Gandhi's leadership chose a path of non-violence and non-co-operation, the other freedom fighters like Subhashchandra Bose chose the violent way to overthrow the British Empire. Bose believed in the philosophy that freedom cannot be gained without bloodshed. Since he was always 'wanted' in India by the British, he chose to work from outside India, seeking help from other countries like Germany, Japan and Russia for India's independence.

The exciting and inspiring life story of this brave revolutionary, who coined the famous words 'Jai Hind', is detailed in this title with excellent illustrations. Bose, who formed the Indian National Army outside India, to fight against the British and was affectionately called 'Netaji', faced many obstacles in his path, but his patriotism was unquestionable.

This is part of the spectacular WILCO PICTURE LIBRARY (WPL), slated to be a 500 plus titles series, pioneering the innovative way of enlightening on various subjects in a fun-filled way via a comic format artwork, full of colourful illustrations along with simple but interesting narration and dialogues, thereby making story-telling an enjoyable experience.

Thank you so much for shipping Ma Shitala.  She arrived safely today on Buddha Purnima.  We greeted Her with camphor and conch blowing, and she now is on Ma Kali’s altar.  She is very beautiful.  Thank you for packing Her so well. Jai Ma

Great site! Myriad of items across the cultural spectrum. Great search capability, too. If it's Indian, you'll probably find it here.
Mike, USA
I was very happy to find these great Hindu texts of the ancient times. Been a fan of both Mahabhratham and Ramayanam since I was a small boy. Now the whole family can enjoy these very important cultural texts at home.
