Likewise, the film touches upon the lesser known temple instruments of Kerala like Maddalam, Tayambaka Kompu, Kuzhal and Pancha Vadyam like Suddhan Maddalam, Edakka, Kompu, Elathalam. It traces the Guruvayur tradition and examines the Travancore School in which traditional instruments are played and taught.
