Dr. Sachin Kumar Bhardwaj BAMS, MD (A gadtantra avum Vidhivaidyaka) born on 6 April, 1989 at Rohtak. He has passed his UG degree from Maharashi Dayanand University, Rohtak and PG degree from Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun. He has published number of research papers in National & International journals. He is working as Assistant Professor in the department of Agadtantra in Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College, Brahmanwas (Rohtak).

Ayurved contains wide range of therapies and provide various drugs not only for curing the disease but also the way of preventing and maintaining a person’s well-being. Due to vastness of the subject Ayurveda divided into eight parts. Agad Tantra is a very crucial and precious part of these eight divisions. It mainly includes the therapies or drugs which provide immediate actions to treat various emergencies, those are not only relevant to the vishachikitsha but the ASHUKARI & VYAVAYI guna of various Agadas & drugs can increase the potency & bioavailability of conservative therapies.

Agad Tantra is a subject which is seeded and scattered in our text according to different contexts. This book make an effort to compile most of the unavailable topics in M.D syllabus of Agad Tantra as per CCIM in a logical and analytical way.
