Book Description
About The Book

The book deals mainly on archaeological evidences of temples that came to light from excavation conducted by Archaeological Survey of India under orders from Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court.

The evidences and conclusively proved that there were successive temples below the disputed structure. Even the court agreed that the disputed site is the birth place of Lord Rama, and a very big temple marked the haloed birth place and the same was pulled down in 1528 C A.D. under the orders of the Muslim invader Babar. The disputed structure was built against the tenets of Islam and thus had no full characters of mosque.

The court mainly depended on the Radar Survey results and archaeological evidence to reach conclusion and delivered their widely acclaimed judgment.

The book in simple terms brings all these facts for the scholars and common man, so that truth could be brought before all.

Preface

After the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court pronounced their judgment on 30th September, 2010, there was great demand from the common man and even the intellectuals to bring out the excavated facts, particularly archaeological, about the temples at Ayodhya. This was necessary as the court has imposed a ban on any publication about the excavations, till the judgment is out. The Hindu parties honored the orders of the court but the others did-not and published books about which contempt proceedings are still pending. Here also the proverb "Justice delayed is justice denied" is playing its role. One of the judges has since retired. In fact it took ten Benches to deliver the judgment.
