The most recent modifications of the NCISM approved Ayurvedic Kriya Sharira syllabus for undergraduate students have been followed in the writing of this book. It comprises of the Ayurvedic Kriya Sharira texts with proper referencing & it's bilingual explanations and Modern Physiology part of paper Ist of the subject. The work for the next part of the book comprising of syllabus for IInd paper of the subject is currently in progress.
Prof. Dr. Srikanta Kumar Panda is presently working as a Professor in the P.G. Dept. of Kriya Sharira at Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College & Hospital, Govt. Of NCT of Delhi, University of Delhi, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. He passed his BAMS with distinction from Kj.A.T.Sharma Govt.Ay.College, Berhampur, Odisha and M.D. & Ph.D. from National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has a teaching experience of more than 25 years in U.G.& P.G. in the subject Kriya Sharira. He has guided & is guiding the P.G. Scholars as Supervisor and published 3 Books and more than 50 Research Articles in National and International Peer Reviewed Journals. He has participated as Speaker & Delegate in more than 51 seminars and is a subject expert in different universities & peer reviewed journals. He has been awarded by 'Dhanwantari Award' by Integrated Medical Association (AYUS), Delhi and many more accolades by different organizations.
Dr. Naina Joshi passed her BAMS with distinction from Rishikul Campus Haridwar, Uttarakhand Ayurveda University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She has completed her M.D. in the subject Kriya Sharira from P.G. Department of Kriya Sharira, Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College & Hospital, Govt. Of NCT of Delhi, University of Delhi, Karol Bagh, New Delhi under the guidance of Professor Dr. Srikanta Kumar Panda. She has published 7 research papers in various peer reviewed journals and seminars. Participated in 3 international Seminars.
