"Every struggle is followed by success", observes B.K.S. Ray who's full of hope and optimism in his narratives. In this novel, Ray writes about the courage and resilience of three sisters coming from a rural and poverty-stricken background- Padmini, Shalini and Kamini who refused to surrender to their financial perils. With their academic achievements and deep-rooted knowledge they reached the top amid a struggle-ridden life. Their rock-like will power and consistent support of their struggling parents brought them unprecedented success. Their parents who belonged to the working class always stood by them. Briefly speaking, financial problems that constantly haunted the three sisters failed to derail their goals. Padmini became an I.A.S. officer, Shalini emerged as a top activist in defence of women's empowerment and Kamini came to the forefront as a leading journalist and poet fighting for truth and honesty.

"No struggle is futile! Every struggle has a story of success! Whatever may be the despair, hope never dies!" wrote the great Russian novelist Boris Pasternak. In my highly motivational novel "Daughters of Resilience", I've narrated the stories of three sisters - Padmini, Shalini and Kamini who had the courage and resilience to fight many adverse situations including severe financial perils. Constantly encouraged by their parents who suffered the disaster of a drought but never gave up the efforts to support their three daughters, Padmini, Shalini and Kamini could reach the top with their hard work and will power. Financial sufferings couldn't stand in their ways as they had the resilience to fight and achieve success. Academically brilliant, Padmini became an I.A.S. officer, Shalini could come to the forefront as a renowned activist and Kamini achieved the reputation of a fearless journalist, writer and poet with her unwavering commitment to truth and honesty.
Why did I write this novel? To speak the truth, I wanted to come out with a novel relating to three sisters who fought against financial sufferings but never gave up their cherished dreams. And my single-driving thought was to inspire the younger generation to live with hope amid all disturbing situations. Briefly speaking, I've highlighted the strength of courage and resilience to achieve success in life.
I take this opportunity to express my thanks to all my relatives, friends and well-wishers who have consistently encouraged my commitment to creativity and writing power.
