When air, water, vegetables, fruits and other sources for human consumption are polluted,, human body cannot remain unaffected. Total fallout of such polluting factors has resulted in pollution-generated disorders such as cold, cough, asthma, bronchitis, tuberculosis, multiple allergies, to name a few only. Skin diseases, cancer, etc. have also been precipitated by the environmental pollution.
Since respiration is a vital force to let our body exist, apart from other factors, there cannot be life without breath. We cannot ignore the fact that our respiratory problems have stemmed from and precipitated by various forms of allergies whose etiology, in many cases, has yet to be unmasked. So, when the healing scenario is not so encouraging, we have no way but to carve out a suitable way-out ourselves, that is by sheer self-discipline and self-management.
The statement that 'Disease is a Retribution of T Nature', speaks of volumes of our deviation from nature. Most of the diseases, which have surfaced now, owe their origin to various types of pollution which, in itself, is a mother of untold miseries. Not only physical pollution alone but pollution of mind also has wrought unimaginable upsets, resulting in various physical and psychic disorders, commonly known as psychosomatic disorders which have immense capability to turn our apple-cart.
