Sai Keshav is a mystic, musician and sound healer.

He has completed his music education in Carnatic music at Sri Sathya Sai Mirpuri College of Music, Puttaparthi, followed by a Diploma in Sound Engineering from the Audio Life School of Sound, Bengaluru.

He has been a vocalist and sound engineer with the band 'Lamhe' in Bangalore. He has also served as the Chief Sound Engineer at Waveform Studios, Bangalore. Since his childhood, he always had questions about life and kept seeking answers to them alongside discharging his professional duties.

He is also an active part of the Songs of Life Association, which aims to spread value-based music in society.

He has been strongly influenced and guided by his master on the path of yoga, meditation and other support systems to his seeking. He had a life-changing experience when he visited Siddara Betta at his master's command and from then on, he decided to dedicate his life to spreading the knowledge of higher truths that he received from the Higher Power.

With each passing breath, every living being advances towards death. During the course of one's lifetime, at some point or the other, there are three inevitable questions that arise in the minds of every human being:

"Why am I here?"

"Where is all this leading to?"

"What is the purpose of this life?"

Having found or chanced upon this book or vice versa for that matter, you can be sure that you are already on the seeker's path, seeking answers to these inevitable questions, with or without your being conscious of the journey itself. I do not believe in coincidences for I am aware that every breath has its purpose. It is important to point out at this initial juncture itself, what this book does not offer, in order for the reader to read further with absolute clarity. Feel free of course, to set aside this book or give it away, if what follows in the succeeding pages does not resonate with you. You can always lay your hands on it again, when the contents of this book resonate with life, sometime in the future.

This book is not a promise to Enlightenment, but it definitely holds the promise to turn you into a seeker on the path to enlightenment. Neither can I claim knowledge of the Vedas and the scriptures, nor am I desirous of engaging in rituals I do not understand. Nevertheless, I have found answers to my questions simply of my own seeking.
