Most of the people might have read the Bhagavad Gita, but after reading it how many people are actually able to practice it? After reading it, many people do not know what to do next or how to put it in practice. Few people develop temporary Vairagya for a few days, but it will not take much time for them to understand that it's temporary.
So in this book, with the blessings of Bhagwan Shri Krishna, I tried to explain how one can keep the Bhagavad Gita in practice.
