I have divided this book into four age groups and have also given the schedule of yoga asanas for one month. According to the ability of your body and need of every age group, the practice will only take 15-20 minutes from your busy schedule. It has only four to five asanas and pranayamas for every day that can cover your entire body. They will help you to achieve better physical and mental health.
