For the last twelve years, the physician and anthropologist Henry M. Vyner has been interviewing Tibetan Lamas for the purpose of developing an empirically valid theory of the defining characteristics of the healthy human mind. Vajra Books is publishing these interviews as a series of books that are being called The Healthy Mind Interviews. Each volume in this series will be devoted to presenting interviews that have been done with one specific lama.
The exciting thing about these interviews is that the lamas describe their own experiences of the healthy mind and meditation, and they do so in a way that is easy to understand. These volumes will give you the information you need to develop a healthy and happy mind and understand the wisdom of the Buddhist and DzogChen traditions.
