Sanatan Dharma states that sound never dies. As Svibration, it eternally oscillates in this cosmos. This concept is reaffirmed by the scientific findings stating that energy is neither created nor destroyed. It simply transforms from one form to another.
The Vedas are considered to be the most ancient texts to have been recorded by the humanity. They are made up of these eternal vibrations which were downloaded by the saints while they sat in deep meditation. Hence, they are the timeless truth. They surpass the illusionary dimensions of creation and destruction.
Over the years, these Vedic texts were simplified and presented as the Puranas. The Puranas have story format, thereby making them simple and fun. These stories have deep meaning while they seem simple on the surface. Their beauty lies in the fact that they continue to offer new dimensions as the perception and comprehension of the reader broadens.
