Mr. HARI KRISHAN MITOO worked for the newspapers in various capacities before taking over as Director of Public Relations, Himachal Pradesh, in 1958. he retired from that position in March 1976. a broadcaster and writer, Mr. Mitto's articles and short stories have appeared in many newspapers and periodicals.
