The topic of "spiritual health" is not often discussed, despite the widespread knowledge of physical and psychological health. While Western philosophers may have little understanding of spiritual health, Indian philosophers have conducted extensive research on the subject. In today's modern world, humans are primarily focused on researching diseases, which is a threat to our species.
In the past, people were more concerned about health in general and enjoyed life as a result. Spiritual activities were an integral part of daily life, including eating habits, food, music, and the arts.
However, in modern times, only about 10% of families regularly engage in spiritual activities, with many considering it a symbol of backwardness. Humans have tried to control nature through experiments on animals, vegetables, and crops, resulting in negative consequences for their health. Physical and mental illnesses have become a part of modern human life, with people pressuring doctors to cure them quickly and pharmaceutical companies making drugs with potentially harmful side effects.
