About the Book
In classes I and II, you read the book "Yoga-Play and Learn" and have learnt about Yoga through pictures. In class III, you learnt more about yoga and its practice through interesting short stories given in the book, 'Let Us Learn Yoga'. Now, in class IV, through this book, we will teach you simple yogic exercises.
Children ! We will learn about what food to eat, and about the different Mudras we can form with our hands. With this book, you can do some simple asanas, surya namaskara and pranayama (the practice of inhaling and exhaling) after learning them, to keep your hands, legs and body fit and flexible. You will enjoy doing these and you will be able to study better. So, what are you waiting for? Come, let us together learn yoga and pranayama, and teach everyone pranayama, so that we may confidently say: "Do Yoga, Stay Healthy".
