Foreword

It is indeed a great pleasure to see that my students make arrangement for publishing my work. No words of praise are enough to express my gratitude and indebtedness to them.

This book is a collection of papers written by me at different periods. These papers are mostly presented in the seminars organized by different universities and colleges. So there is every likelihood that there are repetitions here and there. The wise readers, I believe, will not mind and bear with me ungrudingly.

Sriman Debasish Bhattacharya of Sanskrit Pustak Bhandar extends his helping hand for the timely publication of my book. He deserves to be complimented.

I am thankful to my students for publishing this book.
