This book tells the story of a fort that was built by one of the most versatile rulers of Mewar, Rana Kumbha. Oddly shaped, it reminds one of inverted tumblers placed as bastions. But it is far more than just that. It has a fort within a fort, unique in its shape, size and features that make it one of a kind. Never conquered it reminds one of the character of the Rajputs, strong and silent and yet standing guard, ever ready for the inevitable.
I have been writing for the past 15 years first as a journalist and as a writer. It started with a book on Archaeology: Techniques and Methods and then a biography - The Saint from Ajmer, and then I wrote eight e-books, You will find them on smashwords.com. This is my eleventh book, Monumental Kumbhalgarh.
