About the Book The research explores to mainly know how the public place is affected by the help of music and that too the cultural music. The same has also been said by scholars that every music which exists in this universe is a cultural music, as every music emerges out of one or the other culture. So, the purpose of the research was mainly to know how the public place is affected by the music, that is, with the help of effect of music on the brain, effect of music on the culture, effect of music on the actions, role of music in healing etc. which directly or indirectly affects the public sphere. The exigency of the research was felt when the effect of music was seen on me itself and hence, the curiosity emerged out to know if the same happens within the public sphere or not. The research problems have been probed with the help of the questionnaire survey which was made through the Google form and was circulated on the WhatsApp followed by the personal interview of the scholars working in the field since past 30-40 years. The people surveyed in the research were mainly the people who were between the age group of 17-30 from Mumbai and Delhi, except the expert, whose age limit was not considered and were from Bombay itself.

The research design includes the questionnaire consisting of 11 questions and also, the scholarly articles and the books read in order to get a crystal clear view on the research conducted. The research has been further cited with the help of chapters made, named Music and Culture, Music and the Brain, Music and the Actions, Music and Healing, and Cultural Music and Public Sphere. The chapters mentioned have been researched with the help of instances, literature, experiences, etc. and are then written.

The major findings which are taken are that, cultural music and the public sphere are connected directly or sometimes indirectly as well, but holds a relation. This can even be seen with the help of the chapters mentioned that is the music affects the brain, giving rise to the cultures, followed by affecting the actions and hence, affecting the public place. If each chapter is visited individually or in a consolidated sense it can be seen that music affects the public sphere in all the chapters either directly or indirectly which can be seen even by an example. Let's say that music holds some impact on the brain of a person and that impacted brain is for sure going to affect the public opinion and the public sphere which indirectly is going to help in giving rise to a new culture (which is even termed and explained in the chapters further that a unanimous mindset is what is majorly responsible for giving rise to a culture) and hence, it is affecting the public sphere. It can even be said that each chapter has a subliminal effect i.e. affecting each level with a small change and hence, the public sphere.

Therefore, it can be concluded from the research and the findings that music do play a very important role in one's life. If a person is involved or connected with music in any way, it is going to affect and in fact going to make a positive impact on the person's life for sure. Music affect the personality of the person in several ways may be by affecting the brain, actions, their culture or any other way which is discussed or not discussed in the chapter ahead. And this agglomerated or even individual effect, leads to a change in the holistic way on the public sphere. Hence, it can be concluded that music and the public sphere are connected to each other in a very tightly manner, which can be seen and explained with the help of several aspects mentioned below.

About the Author Born on August 30, 1996 in Ghaziabad (U.P.), Diship started his music career at the tender age of 7 as a devotional singer. He also got an opportunity to learn under the guidance of Lt. Sh. Ravindra Jain ji. Presently, learning music from Bhajan Samrat Sh. Anup Jalota ji.

Having been awarded and recognised as "India's Youngest Devotional Singer" by the prestigious India Book of Records in 2008, he have also been awarded by Shri Hamid Ansari (Former Vice-President of India) with Agra Vibhushan Award, Shri Rajnath Singh (Union Minister for Home Affairs, 2014-19, Present Defence Minister), Smt. Sheila Dixit (Former Chief Minister, Delhi) with Men Dilli Award, Shri Harish Rawat (Former Chief Minister, Uttarakhand), Shri. BC Khanduri (Former Chief Minister, Uttarakhand), Shri Ramesh Pokhariyal (Former Chief Minister, Uttarakhand). He was also invited by the former Government of Sri Lanka (2009) to perform at "Bhajan Sandhya" in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

His career as a prominent devotional singer is represented through his association with T-Series for the last 10 years. This has also culminated into - 7 albums, starting in the year 2008 with the most recent released in 2014. He was also majorly associated with Sanskar TV in 2008. He also sang many albums for Ambey Bhakti since 2008. He is currently associated with Twelve Strings Productions and have released 8 tracks. His devotional music videos feature regularly on Saarthi TV. Also, he is currently available on 155 websites worldwide which includes Spotify, Apple Music, Saavn, Gaana, Amazon Music, Google Play, MTV etc. and a lot more.
