Nakshatra Siddhantha, one of the most significant treatises on predictive Astrology, comprises of instructive methods for accurate analysis. No other classical texts in Astrology be it Natal or Prasna have ventured this far into the interpretation of charts. The only known exponents of this Nakshatra Siddhantha after Maharishi Satyacharya are Sri R Gopala Krishna Row (Meena 1), Guruji Sri N.V. Raghava Chary (Meena2), of Meena Naadi Jyothisa. The whole edifice of astrology is based on certain fundamental principles that are amenable only to the esoteric wisdom. They are swayam-siddha or self-revealed truths. If we follow these principles without any deviation, I am certain that we will be in a position to decode both the Natal, and Prasna chart.
Ruling planets at the time of query indicate both the nature of the query as well as the nature of the result whether it is going to be positive, negative or neutral. Meenal & Meena2 introduced the concept of ruling planets as early as in the 1940s. The ManoKaraka Moon is very important for answering any question in Prasna Sastra. Obsessed by such a great importance of Prasna/Horary Astrology, I tried to comprehend the truths of Satyachareeyam of Maharishi Satyacharya and Practical Stellar Astrology of Meena2. I am able to get important clues and new application methods in the process.
The discussion on the concept of Nakshatra Prasna authored by my father Sri. N.V Raghavachary (Meena2) with His Holiness Poojyashree Poornananda Swamy took place at Srisailam at the Ashram of His Holiness in the year 1994. This gave me an opportunity to learn the technique of dividing a day in to Nakshatras for use in Prasna Sastra from my father. I have been practising this concept for the last 16 years. I would like to emphasize here that without divine blessings and without Guruji's blessings, it is not possible for one to understand or decode the secrets of Naadi.
One enjoys many things from society but what do they contribute back for the betterment of the society? Right from the time of birth, life is imbued with problems, worries and mental tensions. This is true of all living beings and humans are no exceptions to it. If this Nakshatra Prasna Sastra the highest of all Naadi secrets is helpful in solving the miseries of the common man and can guide them in solving their everyday problems, I feel blessed.
In the past, I have described the application theory based on Meena2 Naadi principles for everyday usage in my book Stellar Effects in Astrology Jeeva and Sareera. In this book, I have described techniques based on Meena2 Naadi principles to arrive at Timing of Events. The Naadi secrets described in both these works have neither been discussed openly, nor the principles of their application/use have been described clearly.
In recent times the market is flooded with a number of books in Astrology and allied subjects. Many of them are of repetitive nature. With due respect to the authors, we can say that these books do not have any goal or direction. The book NAKSHATRA PRASHNA does not fall in the above category. The book is authored by Dr.NVRA Raja (Junior Meena 2) son of my long time Astrological friend Late Sri NV Ragavachary known as MEENA 2.
This book shows the amount effort taken by the author to gather the Ancient wisdom, decipher them and to evolve a system to put it for the benefit of the reader. Once late Dr.B. V.Raman told us that whenever one is judging a chart to give prediction one must erect a PRASHNA chart, for it will reveal many things not clear in natal chart. This book gives us the ultimate Prashna method.
The book begins with some useful fundamentals and explains the system. The method is made simple and could be understood quickly by clear explanation s by the author
It may take a little more time for the persons new to Prashna method, but we have to complement the author for the pains he has taken to explain the Nakshtra balance, Day Nakshtra, the Prashna Nakshatra extra.
