During the last ten years many obese people come to me for help. When they changed their food habits according to my instructions and started taking enema, hip bath and spine bath they benefited greatly. That is why I decided to write this book 'Obesity ad Old Age' which is based on my experiments and experience.
This book provides you with the knowledge of remaining free of both obesity and old age. Everything, changing food-habits, enema, hip bath and spine bath have been elaborately explained along with thirty Asans, three Pranayams, Agnisar Kriya and Uddiyan Bandh.
I want to emphasise that Yog is not a different of diseases, it is a way of life which will help you to change your food-habits, control your desires and also your temperament. Along with this the practise of asans will help you to keep away from obesity and old age and also get rid of them.
I am very hopeful that this book will prove to be of great help to all.
With all good wishes for your health and happiness.
