Holds Master’s degree in Economics. Retired as a Senior Officer from the cadre of the Indian Economics Service. Passed Jyotish Visharads in June 1989 when the classes conducted by the Indian Council of Astrological Science were held at the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi. Joined its Astrology Faculty.

Presently teaching Astrology and palmistry as Senior Faculty Member at teaching Centre of the Indian Council of Astrological Science, Delhi Chapter-I. conferred the titles of Jyotish Vachaspati and Jyotish Bhushana by the I.A.C.S. in recognition of my contribution and services in promoting the cause of Astrology through writings/ lectures/ researches.

Jyothishacharaya from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and jyotish Visharada from the Indian Council of Astrological Science and also conferred the title of Jyotish Kovida. Presently Faculty Member of Delhi Chapter-I. Has shown keen interest in the teaching of Mathematical Astrology, Prasana and timing of Events.

Conducting post-Vishrada research classes for the last five years. Has contributed many articles in astrology magazines.

The science of revelations through reading and studying the hand/palm was prevalent since the dawn of civilization. Our rishis through their inner spiritual powers were able to predict hidden characteristics of men through the principles of Sumudrika Shastras. Now Palmistry is like a language that is to be learned and practiced with deep sense of perseverance. Every hand is challenges as it reveal various aims and ambitions of modern complicated man.

By and large majority of people are interested to know through the medium of hand of palm the extent of wealth, domestic happiness and disease free health one is able to possess. The study of palmistry is more relevant now-a –day as one is not able to know the exact date of birth. The number o benefic marks and signs on the palm, clarity and firmness of prominent lines will reveal the blessings one is to avail of in his life time.

This is a humble attempt in this direction and it is hoped that the learners or beginners of palmistry will find this simple book, a systematic approach for studying palmistry.
