His contribution to rural development is most appreciable, wherein he has traveled to many remote areas of Rural Karnataka and especially HK region and influenced the youth and contributed to their personal growth. He is a mentor and guide to several people and people look up to him for his support and encouraging attitude. Training and touching lives is what Mr. Gururaja Rao Is doing and would like to continue to do in the years to come and help out many lives. Presently he is CEO for Parimala Consultants (HRD and QMS), bangalore and also Counsellor at Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar.
