The study and conduct of PG Diploma in Dravyaguna (Pharmacognosy and Standardization) is governed by PG Diploma Regulation (Ayurveda) 2013. Syllabus has been designed for the diploma and the course is conducted in the concerned postgraduate department.

Two theories and one practical examination are mandatory for the award of the PG Diploma in Dravyaguna (Pharmacognosy and Standardization). The book has been written strictly according to the syllabus issued by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. Post Graduate Diploma holder shall be eligible to join Post Graduate Le... MD (Ay.)/MS (Ay.) Ayurveda Courses in the concerned specialty and the duration of MD (Ay.)/MS (Ay.) Ayurveda Course for such candidates shall be two years only.
