Subhash Palekar is an Indian agriculturist, born in 1949 in a small village Belora in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra and he has an agricutlural background. He had done research for 12 years in his own land and invented philosophy and technology called Subhash Palekar Natural Farming (SPNF) and propagated among the farmers through his continuous workshops all over India and model farm visit tours. More than 5 million farmers across India are following his technology. He was awarded India's fourth highest civilian award Padma Shree in 2016. He is awarded by Basava Shri in 2005 by Murugh Matha, Chitradurga, Karnataka. He is honored with Doctor of Science by Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya Agricultural University, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh in 2018.

Preface

I am very glad today to serve this first book of new updated ultra- modern syllabus of our new open mass university to you, which is -based on 100% knowledge, science, truth and non-violence values. We are trying best to give the solid proved solutions to solve all human made problems. The global recession and corona pandemic crisis both have totally changed the global face and structure. Which capitalism was creating millions of new jobs as a social responsibility, by which millions of jobless youth were getting the jobs, so that they can come out the poverty line; now that capitalism became self centered and highly selfish. Which human resources, hands of poor people were working in the industries, agriculture, business, service sector, educational institutions, hospitals, in construction industry, now those hands are cut down by unceremonious dismissal of them from the jobs, millions of jobowners are become jobless now. On other side, in the place of human workers, the capitalism has started to use robot guided automatic machines and artificial intelligence. This launching of robots and artificial intelligence is already started in all industries, service sector, education sector, health sector, agriculture sector, business sector. Because, capitalism is trying to keep away from total social responsibility and is trying to concentrate entire or maximum global money and wealth in the hands of capitalism, so that those capitalists can become global economical super power. In future all farming operations (cultivation, manuring, sowing, intercultural operations, irrigation, spray, harvesting) will be done by robot guided automatic machines and artificial intelligence. All vehicles (cars, truck, train and aeroplanes) will be driven only by robot. All office works will be done by robot and artificial intelligence. All works in hotel industry (cooking, marketing of raw material, serving, room service, registration) will be done by only robots. All works in industries will be done by robots and artificial intelligence. In hospitals also all works (registration, OPD work, operations, patient service, nursing work) will be done by robot and artificial intelligence. In the educational institutions, all works (teaching, inspection, table work, laboratory work, fieldwork, library work, examinations) will be done by robot and artificial intelligence. In business sector also, all works will be done by robot and artificial intelligence. In business sector also, all works will be done by robot and artificial intelligence.

Why these all human works will be done by robot and artificial intelligence? Because, scarcity of skilled labour, dominancy of labour unions and workers unions. Also, robots do not demand salary, do not demand bonus, do not demand any pay commission, do not return back to their villages due to possible death by pandemic disease like Corona, in severe attack of pandemic diseases like Corona, HIV or Cholera, the robots do not suffer by these diseases, so industries are continued their production without any break. The robots do not arrange long march, processions, detainings and surroundings to assemblies and parliament. The robots do not start an agitation and unrest against the capitalism and government. The robots do not damage public property, do not burn the shops, buses. The robots do not give the slogans murdabad, do not demand pension and free medical services. The robots do not do the revolt against capitalist or communist system. The robots do not write on social media against capitalism. That means robot guided automatic machines and artificial intelligence is the golden hen for capitalism, which will give golden eggs and will become easiest way to concentrate entire or maximum money and wealth in the hand of capitalism and capitalism will become supreme power. If every human work will be done by only robot and artificial intelligence, then, what will be done by these huge human resources? What the millions of jobless youth will do?

Those millions of labours and workers are returned back to their villages due to losing their jobs, what they will do? The chemical farming and organic farming both are giving huge losses and mountains of loan, ultimately suicides. The moneylenders and banks are taking the seizing action, so lost the social status, prestige; totally lost of all self- confidence, at last, committing suicides. These is no any job or service, so, nobody farmer or anybody doing the courage to marry his daughter with job less youth, therefore maximum youth farmers are yet marriage less, it is severe social problem. So, these youth jobless generation is not willing to continue chemical farming and more dangerous organic farming. But, there is no any alternate carning source except farming with them. If they will continue chemical farming and organic farming, they know that they will definitely commit suicide. On one side, Corona is severely attacking and taking the lives and on other side suicides are finishing the lives. The rural economy has entered in one deceived specific trap (Chakravuha) and there is no any way to return back. How to pull out these trapped farmers youth generation through this pre-planned deceived trap and how to make them self-reliant through self-reliant rural economy, we have started our Back to Nature and Subhash Palekar Natural Farming Mass Movement. How to make self-reliant our national economy, we have started our efforts on our level in our limitations. How we are becoming successful in our efforts, you will read in my all books of this new syllabus.
