The adventure sports have been described, on surface, on water and in sky to appeal the readers choice. Current rendezvous with adventure and potential areas have also been discussed. The book is immensely helpful to professionals, researchers and university students going through courses in tourism administration.

Satyender Singh Malik graduated with Computer Science and has done his master's degree in Tourism Management. He has his sway in many fields including sports, painting and literature, but basically he is an adventurer. His published works are of Ethical, Legal and Regulatory aspects of tourism business and adventure tourism. He has done his Ph.D. in adventure tourism while he is in the profession of real adventure tourism i.e. of a Fighter Pilot.
