In our scriptures different paths are mentioned for the attainment of God. It is very difficult for any person to decipher what is the best process to reach God and attain divine bliss. Now add to this the mushroom growth of pseudo saints propagating their own so-called paths that only creates more confusion and bewilders innocent people.

By embracing all the world's great faiths, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj removed all the discrepancies. He guided one and all towards the only true universal path of love by establishing the supremacy of bhakti yoga as the means, a form of spiritual practice focused on the cultivation of love and devotion towards God.

In this English translation of his decisive discourse given on 16 November 1986, Shri Maharaj Ji highlights the scriptural principle that although there are different paths to realise God, all paths ultimately culminate in the path of love. There is, there was and there only ever will be one path, the path of bhakti or the path of love.
