Eighty per cent of symptoms in this book are with single remedies and remaining symptoms contain two or three remedies.
The selection of a simillimum is based upon detailed case taking and evaluation of symptoms. So just prescribing on a single symptom is not advisable. However, this work will be a great help for remembering these peculiar symptoms.

I have great pleasure in introducing this work "3333 Peculiar Symptoms" - a collection of peculiar symptoms from various sources. Here the peculiar symptoms are arranged in a systematic order for easy reference.
Since Homoeopathy is based on individualization peculiar symptoms have got major role in the selection of a similimum. These symptoms are hidden in various books leading to difficulty in remembering them. This work will be very helpful for giving information regarding peculiar symptoms.
