There is no tool for development more effective than the Empowerment of Women", with this concept, I came up with the Idea to write book on" Women Empowerment through panchayati Raj My self Dr. Binita Supriya and am working in k.S.D.S University. Darbhanga. I have done extraordinary work in Interdisciplinary seminars and conferences in many Universities. Participated and presented papers successfully in many national and International Seminars. My Books based on Reservation system for women Empowerment through panchayati Raj system in Bihar, which is totally inspired by my thesis work. PRIS are viewed as solution to all the problems of rural development and Empowerment of marginalized system of Society, Especially women, through various act of Bihar panchayati Raj act, 2005.
