My humble pranamas to Shri Bhagat Singh Koshiyari Sir, The Hon'ble Chancellor of KKSU and Hon'ble Governor of Maharashtra!
25 years of KKSU!
These words fill us with so many mixed feelings. So many cuds of memories to reminisce! I deem it my high privilege to have been a direct witness of all the days of struggle and success of KKSU. We, of KKSU, have grown along with this great institute and have created a satisfactory recognition along with this historical institution through these years.

On this sacred occasion of "Silver Jubilee" celebration of KKSU in the year 2022, I remember with utmost respect and would like to put on record the unforgettable contribution of great leaders who have created a magic in the form of this Sanskrit University in the state of Maharashtra.
History has it in records that Hon'ble P.V. Narasimha Rao had conceived the idea of this University, Hon'ble Chief Ministers Late Shri Sudhakarrao Naik & Shri Manoharrao Joshi had taken the reins of development in their hands, Hon'ble Late Dr. Shrikant Jichkar had breathed life into the configuration of the University. Acharya Kavishwarji put all efforts in actualizing the idea of Sanskrit University in Maharashtra.
The first Vice-Chancellor of KKSU Prof. Pankajji Chande, a hard core administrator with great vision, had led the University into success at both academic and administrative level. The University had taken shape in his able hands with UGC grants and several academic achievements. His rich administrative experience and foresightedness have given KKSU a new direction.
Prof. Uma Vaidya had a brilliant tenure as the second Vice-Chancellor of KKSU who had contributed in a very significant manner by successfully leading the University towards NAAC accreditation. Respected Madam had left a historical achievement in records by getting for the University a 50-acre Govt. land near Nagpur.
