A very old Ms. in Sharada Characters on paper belonging to Mahamahopadhyaya Pandit Raja rama Shastrin, Principal of the State Sanskrit Pathashala, Srinagar. Generally correct. This Ms. has been made the principal basis in preparing the edition.
A Ms. in Devanagari Characters lent by Babu Govinda Däsa of Benares. It was copied out for him from an original in the Madras Presidency.
Belonging to Mahamahopadhyaya Pandit Mu kunda Rama Shastrin, Head Pandit of this Department; in Sharada Characters on paper and generally correct. Old.
A recent Ms. in Sharada Characters belonging to Pandit Hara Bhaṭṭa Shastrin, Head Scribe of this Department.
And old, worm-eaten Ms. belonging to Maha mahopadhyaya Pandit Sahaja Bhaṭṭa (also of this Department). In Sharada Characters on paper.
