The responsibility lies with us to take care of it and hand over cleaner earth back to them, not a littered and destroyed planet. This book is a humble dedication to our future generation and all life thriving on our planet. The author intends to sow the seed of conscious living, and the need to take up the responsibility of keeping our surroundings clean in the smallest of ways, enabling grassroots-level penetration of this vital aspect of our lives. She believes that change begins with self and spreads as a ripple effect to everyone and everything around, thus contributing to a cleaner environment with less litter.

Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai
'Waste management' is a topic that has global impact. The United Nations and all countries across the world are struggling to create an awareness about this. But it is not an easy task. It begins with each one of us.
The best way to start is by educating the children of the next generation. And it requires a simple and easy-to-approach method to communicate with them.
Lakshmipraba who is working on this cause has done a fantastic job by writing this wonderful book for children. The main character, Suju, and her family takes us on an educative and playful journey of waste segregation at home itself.
I wish this book Is read by every child in our country. I request all school teachers to make this book a part of compulsory reading, and stock it in their libraries. I also request all parents to read this book aloud to their children.
I am sure this is just the beginning of the author journey of Lakshmipraba.
Awaiting more books from her in the future...
