Dr. H.C. Allen was born on October 2, 1836 in the village of Niles town. He graduated from Cleveland Homeopathic Medical College in 1861 and worked as professor in the Hahnemann Medical College, later was appointed as a lecturer of materia medica and clinical medicine in the homoeopathic department of the University of Michigan. He also became an editor and publisher of the Medical Advance. He was one of the guiding light of Hahnemannian Homoeopathy and will always be remembered with Homoeopathy.
