In the history of mystic India, there have been many recorded events of healing by mere touch. However, these have been described to have taken place through the medium of saints and sages.

Now, the wide spread use of REIKI "the hands on healing method" brings home the fact that the knowledge which was preserved and restricted has now been made available to one and all.

It was merely accidental that I came across REIKI while I was in Bombay few years back. I was visiting a friend of mine who is a Zoroastrian. When I visited his home, a few people had gathered to receive REIKI treatment and initiation from the REIKI Master. At that time, in an open discussion, some students with enquiring minds insisted on an answer from the Master as to how REIKI works. The Master replied "No one knows. It is mysterious".

Some of the students there wanted me to explain, but I was not then a REIKI practitioner. However, since I had undergone certain secret practices originating from Tibet, I could easily convey to them similar and even more profound experiences.

So, at my session of energy transmission about 20 people gathered in a private residence and at the end of three hours of transmission, all of them experienced a deep intoxication and remained so for hours. At the end of the day when I asked for individual introductions to the participants it was found that there were seven REIKI masters in the group.
