The Andhra Pradesh Upadhyaya Sangham conducted many Educational Conferences to propagate the clear concept of Bharateeya Vidya. On the 1st and 2nd October 1988, the State Educational Conference was held at Guntur. Many Educationists and a good number of dignitaries participated in this conference Maniniya Shri H.V.Seshadri ji inaugurated the conference and addressed the delegates His speech on this occasion, which is reproduced in this booklet, is thought provoking. inspiring and very useful to the teachers. It is a valuable treasure.

Original speech was in english and the text was edited by Sh. H.V.Seshadri ji himself. Shri Prabhat Kumar ji of Prabhat Prakashan, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi took great interest in getting it translated in Hindi. Vidya Bharati is much thankful for his co-operation. To bring it in booklet form Shri Prakash Ji, the joint organising secretary of Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharateya Shiksha Sansthan took much interest and targeting it to be printed in English and Hindi and it is because of his keen interest the book is released in bilingual text for the teachers.
