In this beautiful work of art, deities are seated in an intricately designed frame, representing a temple. They are on a Lotus pedestal, surrounded by a Kirtimukha prabhavali. They are adorned with beautiful jewelry. Lord Ganesha is depicted with an elephant head and a human body wearing a dhoti on the lower part. He has four hands one is in Abhaya mudra, the other is holding an elephant goad, the third is carrying a noose and the fourth is holding a modak. Near his feet, he has his vehicle, the rat. Goddess Lakshmi is wearing a saree and she too has four arms. Her two hands are holding lotuses on top of which a Kalash is placed, symbolizing moksha. The third hand is in Varada mudra and the fourth is in the Abhaya mudra. The heads of the deities are decorated with magnificent crowns.
