श्रीजयदेवकवेरिदमुदितमुदारम ।श्रृणु सुखदं शुभदं भवसारम ।केशव धृतदशविधरूप जय जगदीश हरे ॥ Victory to Keshava, Lord of the Universe, who took ten distinct forms, with a simple desire to hear, this delightful, holy, and wonderful, Jayadeva penned the poem.
This portion from Dasavatara Strotam of Jayadev magnifies the Dasavatar or ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. The depiction of all reincarnations in one piece is regarded exceedingly auspicious and is frequently worshipped by devotees in the form of paintings or statues. This brass and wood wall hanging with a plate consisting of all avatars enclosed inside a desert color (light brown) and red buta fabric is an elegant interplay of regal colors. The entire piece is further secured with a wooden frame. The concept behind the design of this wall hanging is to connect the self with the holy through the lovely view of the ten forms of Lord Vishnu.
