The Shakti of Sri Varaha, known as Varahi (the boar-faced mother goddess), is presented in this small bronze statue as a counterpart of Sri Hari. Adorned with a Vaishnava Kiritamukuta, U-shaped Tilaka on the forehead, sitting on a lotus throne, Devi Varahi has a lithesome form, and holds Vishnu’s attributes- conch and discus in her secondary hands, while her primary hands are in the Varada and Abhaya mudra.
