Kumara Karttikeya, also known as Murugan and Skanda, is the Hindu God of War. Adorned with jewelry and a sacred thread (Yajnopavita), Karttikeya personifies purity and spiritual discipline. Karttikeya’s right hand is in Abhaya Mudra, signifying his role as the protector and warrior god, offering courage and assurance to his devotees. While his right hand is held in “Varada Mudra”', which signifies his bestowing of blessings and boons upon his devotees.
