Maa Varahi is the commander of Devi Durga’s divine army of goddesses and the Shakti of Vishnu’s Varaha (boar) avatar. In Hindu Tantra, devotees revered her to attain strength, wisdom, and spiritual upliftment. This small brass statue presents her potent form as an Ashtabhuja (eight-armed) Matrika (mother). Devi Varahi sits on a lotus throne, in the posture of royal ease, surrounded by a Kirtimukha prabhavali, symbolizing the prowess of the great mother goddess.
