A brass Trishul, which serves an essential spiritual purpose, is a treasured emblem in Hinduism. It depicts Lord Shiva's mighty trident, a symbol of his cosmic might, with three prongs joining to form a single point. The three prongs of Trishul represent the Hindu trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh. It is also linked to other critical spiritual religious symbols, such as the three Kaalas, representing the past, present, and future. Trishul is also linked to the Lokas of swarg, bhu, and patal. Lord Shiva, the remover of false ego and Maaya (attachment), is shown with the Trishul, conquering illusion and greed demons and urging people to follow the spiritual path.
