It is with immense pride and joy that we write the foreword for Dashavataram, the third book of our daughter, Osheen, who at just 10 years old has already shown a deep love for storytelling and a remarkable understanding of our rich cultural heritage. Osheen's journey as an author began when she was just 8, with her first book, Ramayan, and continued at age 9 with Adventure with the Sea and The Sand, a delightful tale of her own adventure. Now, with Dashavataram, she brings to life the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu, exploring their significance with both innocence and wisdom.
What amazes us the most is not just her ability to write, but her passion for learning and sharing these timeless stories with other young readers. It is rare to see such dedication and creativity at such a young age, and We couldn't be prouder of Osheen for her accomplishments.
This book is a reflection of her growing curiosity and her connection to our spiritual and cultural roots. We hope Dashavataram will inspire all who read it, especially children, to appreciate the beauty of these ancient tales. and the values they hold.
As parents, we are incredibly grateful to witness Osheen's journey, and we look forward to seeing her continue to dream, create, and share her stories with the world.
I am delighted to share my book, Dashavataram, which tells the stories of the ten powerful incarnations of Lord Vishnu. These divine forms, known as avatars, appear on Earth whenever there is a need to restore balance and protect goodness. Each avatar has a unique story filled with lessons of bravery, wisdom, and compassion.
The journey of this Book started from a calendar where I found the pictures of 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu. I am fascinated by these pictures and made a promise to draw these pictures in my drawing book. Soon I took interest in knowing the details about the 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
As a young reader and writer, I found myself fascinated by these stories, not just for their adventure and excitement, but also for the deep values they teach us about life, faith, and the eternal fight between good and evil. In writing this book, I have tried to present these timeless tales in a way that is easy for other children like me to understand and enjoy.
And finally, it materialized into a Dashavataram my 3 Book
I hope Dashavataram inspires everyone who reads it to learn more about the great epics of our culture and discover the lessons hidden within them. It has been a joyful journey for me to explore these stories, and I look forward to sharing that joy with you.
I apologize to you for any mistakes or errors in this book. I am too young to edit myself but I promise you will try to improve when I grow up a little more.
