Swami Anubhavananda, truly, the name echoes His being - He is the experience of Happiness - Happiness which spreads like a divine breeze amongst all who have come in contact with Him. This experience is now and here! He is suave and witty and equally at home with all; children, young and the old. A disciple of H. H. Swami Chinmayanandaji, He had been the Acharya at the Sandeepany Sadhanalaya, Powai - a Post Graduate Academy for Vedantic studies. He communicates the most difficult of the philosophy in a simple and direct manner.
The Intercultural Open University in Netherlands honoured Him with a Ph.D degree for his scholarly treatise on Amrutanubhay. He has to His credit over ten thousand hours recorded talks on the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Patanjali Yoga Darshan etc. in different electronic media. His sparkling talk series titled "Mauz Mein Raho" have been an instant hit and rendered Him the most sought after speaker on Vedanta today.
He is a visiting faculty to the following institutes in India: Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla (the oldest institution on Yoga in India); The Birla institute of Technology and Science, BITS Pilani (A Deemed University of international repute); Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad.
He is the founder of the SAT BHAVANA TRUST, India; BE HAPPY INC. USA; YO VEDA INC. Australia, and Happy folks of south Africa whose "Mauz Mein Raho" logo reflects his approach to life - 'Be Happy'.
Ego is the most controversial topic after God. It has both the aspects of the necessity and the evil. In short you can call the ego as the necessary evil of life. Now the question is when is the ego a necessity and when it is an evil. Is there any way when the evil aspect is diluted along with the necessity of the ego and an altogether different quality of life is manifested through us; which would be a true representative of the so far dormant divinity in us?
A series of talks entitled EGO FACTOR -ASSET AND LIABILITY was delivered in Coimbatore and inspired many listeners. It is one of the listeners, namely, Dr.Sou.Gayatri Balasubramanian, who came forward to translate the voice into the printed media. The book is her single-handed effort for the benefit of the seekers of Truth; Sou.Vrinda Joglekar did the editing job with her touch of perfection.
Should I thank them and invoke the ego factor or just record my LOVE for both of them!
