The author, Dr. K. V. Raghupathi, through this booklet attempts to create awareness of mudras, or 'yoga through hands' as he calls it. While it may be difficult for the aged or the sick to practise asanas and even pranayama, anyone anywhere can practise these simple yet powerful mudras to rejuvenate the energy levels and recover from many of the illness afflicting the body and the mind.
