Munishree Tarunsagar Ji is a famous saint in Jain tradition. Munishree has been acknowledged for his work not only among Jains but also among the followers of other castes, creeds and religions. He is no ordinary saint; he is a revolutionary saint and a philosopher. Blind followership of traditions and faiths is not a part of his thought-process. He is igneous, and ignited like fire.

Today the society needs someone like Munishree Tarunsagar Ji to transform its outlook and profile, someone who would wash away its vices and cleanse it thoroughly.

Each verse in `Kadve Pravachan' is as precious as a diamond. The 'Sutras' enumerated in `Kadve Pravachan' are so scathing that they pierce through your thought-process. The verses written in light hearted and seemingly trivial manner are to, in fact, shatter the inconsistencies and deformed profile of the society. The thoughts are sharp and the language is as carefree as his personality. While we may call them `Kadve Pravachan', I strongly believe that these are, in reality, deliciously sweet in content. It is very rare to find anywhere else the sweetness seen in Munishree's expressions. This is my personal impression. I have been serving him for past many years and he has blessed me with great compassion.

This is a unique second version of `Kadve Pravachan' (Bitter Discourses). It has a compilation of discourses which he delivered last year during his tour and stay in various cities. The popularity of `Kadve Pravachan' can be judged from the fact that it has been translated into many languages and read all over the country. While reading this book you must bear the fact in your mind that, medicine and truth are always scathing and bitter. It must be our endeavour that we must internalize Munishree's thoughts and spread them in every home.
