We often hear of people proclaiming their love for others. Perhaps they will ber be perplexed exed if told that they should begin with themselves.

But don't we all love ourselves choicelessly? We always want what we truly love to grow and glow.

"If I love myself truly I must take care to bring about a total integration within myself, which implies a healthy body, an emotionally balanced mind, an alert and subtle intellect".

Swami Tejomayanandji through his discourse to the youth urges us all to 'Love Thyself' and thereby love all others as fulfilment of 'Self Love'.
