Many people have spiritual experiences that they ignore because they have created a mind that rejects them. However, the author finds them just around the corner, as he is open to them. So he thought he should list some practices and ideas of a few Hindus and the history that they have lived through. This has resulted in the present book.
B.M. Sagar retired in 1996 as Professor, Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, now called English and Foreign Languages University.
