Profession identification and selection is one of the most challenging task for the modern age Astrologers. Though Vedic Jyotish Shastras are based on the situations prevailing thousands of years ago, yet it is a fact that almost all of the teachings as stated in Vedic Jyotish Shastras are relevant even today despite the fact that the present day situations and circumstances are totally different from the one that existed at that time. The planets being only 9 in number, apart from Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and with only 12 number of Rashis, the numerous professional activities of the present age are to be deciphered keeping in view "Desh Kaal & Patra".

This book educates a methodology and a systematic approach through which the present day professional activity of B.P.O. popularly known as CALL CENTRE has been studied from Vedic J yotish angle. The Fundamentals as contained in the following Vedic Jyotish Shastras have been-systematically taken and placed to come out with a reply why a few individuals are very successful in the professional activity of a CALL CENTRE while for some individuals this profession is not suitable at all :-

Born in the year 1953, he did B. Com (Hons) in the year 1973 and M.Com in the year 1975 from Delhi University. In 1974, he joined banking service and due to his keen academic interest he passed India's most prestigious professional banking examination i.e. CAIIB from Institute of Bankers Mumbai. In the year 1996, after getting voluntary retirement from Punjab National Bank, he passed out JYOTISH VISHARADA from ICAS (Regd.) Chennai. To have deep and clear understanding about PRECIOUS STONES, he attended and passed the relevant course on "Identification of coloured Precious Stones" from an Institution run by Govt of India.

Since college days he has been having keen interest in Astrology which grew more and more due to regular reading of ASTROLOGICAL MAGAZINE issued from Bangalore as a result he developed deep respect and regard for Dr. B.V. Raman. Later he studied the excellent research works of Shri Bipin Bihari, Shri Chandulal S. Patel, Shri J.N. Bhasin and presently by Shri K.N. Rao, Col. Raj Kumar, Shri Deepak Kapoor, Dr. Shanker Adawal. Now, he is founder director of INDIAN SCHOOL OF OCCULT SCIENCES having Regd. office at F-11A (G-8 Area) Hari Nagar, Opposite Maya Enclave, New Delhi -1100 64, where systematic courses on Jyotish, Palmistry, Vastu, Numerology, Tarrot and Lal-Kitab are being held in truly Gurukul atmosphere.

Like needles in a clock having total precise movement, indicate time, the Planets in the solar system too have precise revolutions and movements, indicate definite time of the rising of day and night, change of seasons and tidal effects etc etc. Such precise movement of planets surely have direct influence on everyday life of all of us. Astrology is a scientific system of observing the influence of planets on day to day life of all the living beings.

Vedic Astrology, in the present form, was founded by Sage Parashara thousands of years ago and the observations collected through ages are the essence of the Hindu Astrology. Astrology, both Eastern and Western are based on a predictive system very similar to the one used in Meteorology. Not only forecasting the weather conditions, Astrological predictive system indicates that such and such things are highly probable to happen to the living beings when such and such planetary positions are prevailing in the solar system. Keeping the above facts in view, my interest grew on studying the planetary influence on the individuals engaged in an entirely new present age professional activity i.e. B.P.O. (Business Promotion Outlet) popularly known as CALL CENTRES. Since this professional activity was non-existent in earlier times, therefore, there was no specific Astro-Classical backup. To ascertain the planetary influences responsible for making a certain group of individuals proficient in this profession i.e. in CALL CENTRES whereas for some individuals this profession was totally uncomfortable, effort was made to collect as many horoscopes of the persons actually working in this profession. The result was that a total of 146 horoscopes were collected including of 20 persons who initially joined CALL CENTRES but left it since they could not adjust and continue in Call centres.

With the Shastriya Adhar of all the planets, rashish and houses, the final outcome has been com- piled in this book after having guidance from Mr. Justice (Retd.) Shri S.N. Kapoor which has ultimately been able to obtain the prestigious title of JYOTISH BHUSHANA from the management of ICAS (Regd.) Chennai.
