Kudali Sringeri Maha Samsthan is Dakshinamnaya Sharada Peeth, established by Adi shankaracharya himself 2500 years ago at the confluence of Tunga and Bhadra Rivers. Currently the 72nd Shankaracharya resides here and blesses devotees. I am really blessed and it was through divine intervention that I got Sri. Sri. Abhinav Shankara Bharati Mahaswami's Anugraha Sandesham. Sashtanga naman to my Acharya Mantreshanandji. His divine and profound insight brought a substantial change to my worldview. I not only thank but show my deep devotion towards all my spiritual gurus and mentors from different Bhartiya sampradayas (living traditions of both teaching and practice within a specific religious-spiritual tradition).. Also, none of this would have been possible without the pillars of the Indic renaissance of our times-Rajiv Malhotra, Subhash Kak, Nilesh Oak, Prof Kapil Kapoor, and Late Himmat Singh Sinha. Their profound understanding of our civilization increased my interest and inclination towards reading about our ancient wisdom
During a discussion on the contribution of India to mathematics, an Indian stopped me and asked, "When there is some great discovery in the West, you people immediately go to Vedas to claim that your civilization has already understood the phenomenon. Why cannot you be the first to discover, testify and validate the phenomenon? Who is stopping you from doing this?"
When I responded, "Certain Sanskrit mantras and homas (agnihotra) can change even the pH of the soil and make it more fertile," people started ridiculing me.
If a paper is not peer-reviewed, it is not considered worthy enough to be taken seriously. So the validation is official only if the Western world endorses it. They then need a German scientist to work on it for thirty-plus years to believe its authenticity. In reality, an expert in the Sanskrit language lacks domain expertise in the subject under discussion whereas someone with excellent domain expertise shows little interest in learning advanced-level Sanskrit. Hence the transfer of knowledge from the ancient texts to the modern day has been minimal.
The colonization of an individual or a population begins with psychological control and ends with the grabbing of political power. Decolonization happens in reverse order. You obtain freedom from the foreign political power first but remain mentally bound to the colonizer. The unshackling of the mind happens at the very end. The best example of a colonized mindset is when foreign agencies rank you or your country in their social indicators and you rush to believe it. I must say our minds are still colonized. This gives tremendous leverage to the Western world at every level, be it in terms of economic activity or narrative building.
